End-to-end design, platform engineering, frontend performance, and emergency recovery of a broken production system.

Challenge

Enzoani required a refined digital platform that could reflect the brand’s high-end bridal identity while remaining technically robust. After the initial successful launch, a subsequent handover to another developer resulted in severe platform instability, leaving the site effectively unusable in production.

Approach

I originally designed and built the platform with a strong emphasis on structure, performance, and maintainability. When Enzoani later reached out during a production failure, I rapidly assessed the damage, isolated the issues, and re-established a stable, working system under strict time pressure.

Outcome

The platform was restored and stabilized within a day, allowing Enzoani to resume operations with confidence and regain control over their digital presence—without long-term compromise.
