Challenge
GVI operates across multiple countries, programs, and audiences, requiring a digital platform capable of handling highly complex content relationships while maintaining performance, editorial clarity, and governance at scale. A conventional WordPress setup would not be sufficient for this level of operational complexity.
Approach
I architected the platform on WordPress Multisite, pairing it with a fully custom theme and a modern frontend stack. The system was designed to balance editorial flexibility with strict structural rules, ensuring consistency across sites while supporting regional autonomy.
